1. Business Information

Evangelistic operates from New South Wales, Australia and sells physical products such as apparel and accessories created for Christian evangelism.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made upfront at checkout.

  • We accept:

    • Credit/debit cards via Stripe

    • Apple Pay (when available)

    • Google Pay (when available)

  • You agree that the payment information you provide is accurate and authorised.

We do not store full card details — all transactions are securely processed through Stripe.

3. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email at shop@evangelistic.com.au.

  • After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as the order may already be processing with our third-party manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for fraud prevention or errors in product information.

4. Shipping

  • We ship Australia-wide only.

  • Standard shipping: 4–7 business days (free).

  • Express shipping: 2–4 business days (additional cost).

Lost or Damaged Packages

Responsibility is shared:

  • We will assist with submitting claims and may help facilitate a solution.

  • Final responsibility may depend on the courier’s investigation.

Customers must ensure their address details are correct; misdelivery due to incorrect addresses is not our responsibility.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, including:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size

    • Preference changes

  • No refunds, no store credit, and no exchanges are offered.

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us so we can review the issue — however, this falls outside the standard return policy and will be handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Australian Consumer Law.

6. Product Information

All products are produced through a third-party manufacturer. Colours, print positioning, and scale may vary slightly from digital previews.

We do not guarantee that all images perfectly represent the final item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Evangelistic website — including:

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Artwork

  • QR code design

  • Text, branding, and product concepts

—is the intellectual property of Evangelistic and protected under Australian copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or resell any part of our brand or products without written permission.

8. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Resell our items commercially

  • Attempt to copy our designs, artwork, or QR code concept

  • Misuse the website or interfere with its functionality

  • Use our content for commercial use without consent

Any violations may result in legal action.

The website may use cookies and essential features to function.
By using the site, you agree not to exploit, damage, or reverse-engineer its components.

We do not offer or require user accounts.
